Program Coordinator/Counselor - We are looking to hire a Program Coordinator and Counselor for Merci's Refuge. These positions could be filled by two part-time employees or filled by one full-time team member. The Program Coordinator oversees the day-to-day schedule of classes and activities, supervises a strong team of volunteers, and co-leads groups as needed.
The Counselor provides weekly individual professional counseling for our residents and clinical insight to our staff team. Licensure, or the ability to become licensed in the next 2 years, is required. Prior trauma-informed training and experience are highly preferred.
